Congrats Amanda, Beth, Tiffany, Claire, and Colleen for getting out the phosphoglycosyltransferase paper in Biochemistry. That was a much tougher project than we had ever anticipated.

The Covid-19 pandemic put us out of the lab for a bit, but it is good to be back at work this summer. More good things soon to come.
So many important things happened in 2019 but I failed to keep updating the lab website.
Importantly on the undergraduate front Claire Gates finished her degree and went on to work as a technician at UNC. She will be starting her Ph.D. program in fall 2020. Congrats Claire!
Tim Wallen completed his M.S. in chemistry degree and has now moved on to his love of understanding the chemistry of beer at HopTechnic. Congrats Tim!
Beth and Amanda both presented posters at this years SERMACS in Savannah GA.
